Our workout sessions typically last 30-60 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each workout as effective as possible.
At Ignition Fitness + Health we accept cash payments; eftpos payments (1.9% surcharge); or direct debit.
