I offer three types of sessions tailored to your current stage of parenthood:
Stage 1: Mumma BUMP - designed for those currently in the pregnancy phase. You will be provided with safe, effective exercises to help you build and maintain your fitness throughout your pregnancy while keeping you and your baby safe.
Stage 2: Mumma and BUB - for mummas who are 6 weeks postpartum and want to start moving again after giving birth.
Stage 3: Fit, Strong MUMMAS - this is focused on any mumma who is over 12 weeks postpartum and wants to rebuild strength and fitness to feel better than ever.
This is a high-intensity, circuit-style group workout focusing on high bursts of intense work with short periods of rest. (This type of workout is notable for weight loss as you continue to burn fat up to 48 hours post-workout)
